We enjoy that cheesecake everytime we go to Disney World and my 9 year old daughter is having a Love, Peace and Dance party this weekend. So it's the perfect time to try it! I am a little concerned about the cake part being overcooked since it is cooked for 30 minutes before the cheesecake gets put on it and cooks another hour!
