I agree with Jenna. I’d love to see the Bangkok & Rio booths. I think those are the ones I’m most looking forward to. More info on Cape Town would be interesting too. Did you sample their food?

AJ – Great Blog Post! I am really jealous that you are getting to enjoy the beginning of the F&W Festival. Fortunately I will be there in 2 weeks, so I will survive.

If you get a chance I would love to hear about the Seared Barramundi from the Melbourne Australia booth.

I’m loving the fleur-de-lobster on the banner in the second picture. It looks like the menus on a lot of the booths haven’t changed much since last year, so I would love to get a review on foods from the Bangkok and Rio De Janiero booths. I would especially like to hear about “Grilled Pork Skewer with Farofa.” Farofa sounds like something I need to know about, much like “mashed boniato” was before.
