I’m not sure about you, but one of my favorite ways to break my diet is with an OCP or an Oreo (or seven). So it’s exciting to see so many wonderful sandwich cookies mixed into the Magic of Disney! Here are a few of my favorite spots for sandwich cookies…
Cape May Cafe Oreo Bon Bons
Nowhere before has the casual Oreo been elevated to such a haute status. The Cape May Cafe Oreo Bon Bon — a confection built upon an Oreo sandwich cookie — has been a staple at the Cape May Cafe evening Clam Bake for years and has risen to minor cult status among Disney fans.
Climb-able Sandwich Cookie
Trust me, you’ve never seen a sandwich cookie this big! Nestled between a massive paper clip and a pile of dirt, this one might not exactly be appetizing, but it sure is interesting. You’ll find it in the “Honey, I Shrunk the Kids,” play area in Disney’s Holllywood Studios.
Oreo Cookie Milkshake at Sci-Fi Dine-In
This luscious treat is the perfect end (or accompaniment) to a meal at Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ Sci-Fi Dine-In! A cool, thick milkshake made with none other than your favorite chocolate sandwich cookie!
Carrot Cake Cookie
Some say it’s cake, some say it’s a cookie, but nobody can argue that it’s certainly a sandwich! Sweet, cream cheese frosting piled between two slices of carrot cake — there’s nothing else like it. Find the Carrot Cake Cookie at Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ Writer’s Stop!
Giant-Sized Oreo Cookies
These have started showing up in the candy shops at Disney Parks, and I’m pretty sure I love them! One Oreo is never enough, so why not just make them H-U-G-E?!?
Even better, you can also decorate them at Goofy’s Candy Company…
Another place where sandwich cookies pop up is even more imaginative! Need some Mickey ears? Perfect! This version is at Disney World’s Beaches and Cream, but this is a standard kids’ sundae at lots of spots.
