Wow, the chocolate moose looks enticing! At the risk of asking a stupid question, what’s it made out of?

  2. Kim says

Hi Mark. No stupid questions! It’s difficult to see the “body” of the moose in the picture. Order one and you’ll get chocolate mousse wrapped in toasted chocolate crumbs. Chocolate candies make up the face, maple-flavored antlers and a cookie for the tongue. But, it’s too cute to eat! ;-)

  3. Amie says

I love the chocolate moose at Le Cellier and I definitely eat the whole thing! But I didn’t see it on the new menu. Has it been replaced or am I missing it?

  4. Tracy says

    Hi there!

This has nothing to do with the above pictures, but I am wondering what kind of bread is used for the veggie sandwich and what is on it? I’m not vegetarian, but it looks good.
