Spotted! Venomade at Disneyland’s Bengal Barbecue

Let’s say you’re stopping by Disneyland’s Bengal Barbecue to tame your craving for a Jungle Skewer, or maybe even a Tiger Tail.

You’ll need something to wash it down, right? Well, how about a little Venomade to take care of that for you?

I know what you’re thinking: “Whaaa …Huh?”

Many thanks to @FrshBakedDisney for introducing us to this unexpected beverage! Venomade appears to be lemonade with Bubble Tea pearls to create the “venom.”

The verdict from Fresh Baked Disney? “Weird.” ;)

If Venomade doesn’t do the trick for you, remember: there are Dole Whips right across the way!

Still, I kind of dig that the name (and hopefully flavor) of this concoction has a little bit of a bite to it. (Yep. Had to!) How about you?

Will you be trying Venomade on your next trip to Bengal Barbecue? Please let us know with a comment!

What are the beads on the bottom made of? Aren’t they afraid that kids (or even some adults) may suck them up with the straw and choke on them? You know how some people and lawyers are always jumping at a chance to sue Disney….just sayin’ (and wondering).

The venomade is delicious! I don’t think the pearls are tapioca though. They had a very slight pop and then a flavor of pomegranite. I’m going to have another one tomorrow night!

I’m not sure if they’re actually made of tapioca or not, but they are available at many boba places as “popping boba”. They’re liquid filled and have the texture of fish eggs. Since they “pop” quite easily, they’re likely not as big of a choking hazard as regular boba or tapioca pearls.
