Cinderella’s digs will be closed to diners as of January 5, 2015. But there’s no reason to panic as she’s only sprucing up her dining room, Cinderella’s Royal Table. The refurbished royal room has an anticipated re-opening date of March 7, 2015 — subject to change, of course.
Guests seeking royal dining experiences will not feel left out as the Disney Princesses will take up residence at Citricos at Disney’s Grand Floridian from January 8 – March 3, 2015.
And all of the traditions that we’ve grown to love at Cindy’s will carry over to the temporary residence. Yes, Cinderella will greet guests upon arrival, Disney princesses will grant photographs and autographs while visiting guests tableside, and the Maqical Wishing Ceremony will still be performed.
This interactive performance will include Cinderella and the Disney Princesses, of course. Wishing Wands and Swords will be bestowed upon the children so that they can join in the fun.

I think the first add-on is outrageously over priced at almost $300.00 for a toy tiara, paper certificate, glass slipper and a child size plush blanket. The second deal seems a little more reasonable. Just my thoughts.
Joe says
This is a joke, right? Their not serious, are they?
Joe says
**they’re**

It’s a super cute idea (love the blanket- it looks like a princess cape when draped around the shoulders!), but my goodness that’s a lot of money. For $100 less you can take your daughter to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, get her a full makeover, a complete costume, and a photo shoot that includes multiple photos. Maybe it’s the “gemstone” tiara? I’m curious to know what it’s actually made of. The only descriptions of it I’ve seen say it’s either a “gemstone” or “sparkling” tiara.

I agree Essie! I thought at first that it must be a typo but then I realized that DFB hardly every gets the reporting wrong. 🙂 But no way am I paying that when I could bring my own for WAY less…

We have booked the breakfast experience for Feb, I think the price of the meal is enough. These add-ons are way over priced. We will be bringing our “Princesses” some trinkets from home and tiaras for them to wear.

We’re booked for January 20 and we will not be getting any of the add ons. This is our first ever experience dining with princesses and I’m fairly confident that just breathing the same air as them will be enough for our 2.5 year old, let alone eating a whole meal in their company. We definitely don’t need to pay $300 for extras.
