With the arrival of August, we can happily say that the 2016 Epcot Food and Wine Festival begins NEXT MONTH!
And along with the start of the Festival (September 14th this year, by the way) comes this year’s Festival Cookbook!
The Best of Epcot Festivals Cookbook will feature not only favorite recipes from the Food and Wine Festival, but also some from this past spring’s Epcot Flower & Garden Festival.
This is similar to the 2014 Cookbook, which included recipes from both festivals as well as December’s Holidays Around the World.
Here’s a peek at the cover…
Featured recipes will include Quesitos from this year’s new Islands of the Caribbean Marketplace at the Food and Wine Festival.
And remember the Florida Fresh Kale Salad with Dried Cherries, Almonds, and Goat Cheese from the Flower and Garden Festival? There’s a recipe for that, too!
Look for The Best of Epcot Festivals Cookbook in merchandise locations around Epcot such as Mouse Gear, Gateway Gifts, and other spots during the Festival (copies should be available after the Festival as well). Also keep an eye out for author Pam Brandon to appear at the Festival Center along with Epcot Culinary Director Gregg Hannon for a cookbook signing and recipe demonstration.

Wonder if they fixed the binding/cover issue? The 2014 book is spiral bound with card stock covers. The top & bottoms of the spine started tearing while the things were on display. I talked to Pam last year & suggested they produce this book as a 3-ring binder so that those of us that did the Demos could add the handouts.

Rach — We will have to wait and see. Last year, the bookbinding was more traditional, rather than a spiral binding. We should have pics for you very soon.

Is the book available for purchase online? We were there last week and didn’t buy a book! Thought we could order it…Thanks!

Dierdre — I’m not sure, but you can call WDW Merchandise Guest Services. They may be able to help you. 1-877-560-6477.
