Here at DFB we pride ourselves on reporting Epcot Food and Wine Festival Info just as soon as we have it! And today, we’re sharing with you a look at the VERY FIRST artists seemingly slated for the 2018 Eat to the Beat concert series!
If you’re new to the Epcot Food and Wine Festival here’s what this means. Eat to the Beat is a concert series that takes place during the Epcot Food and Wine Festival (the dates of which we STILL DON’T KNOW, but we got some intel today that it will likely be similar to 2017’s dates — late August through mid-November). The series features musical acts from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and 00s, and concerts take place most evenings of the Festival.
Since this partial list is preliminary, be sure to stay tuned to the Disney Food Blog for additions and/or changes to the schedule! We will bring you all the latest news first!
Eat to the Beat concerts are performed three times per evening, so you have three opportunities every night to see your favorite acts — at 5:30PM, 6:45PM, and 8:00PM.

What musical acts are you hoping to catch at this year’s Eat to the Beat concerts? Let us know with a comment!
Sarah says
I have a question, I am not very familiar with Eat To The Beat concert, but do you know if Boyz II Men always sing at this concert. I saw for the last 3 years they have. I turn 40 next October 31 and I really want to go to Disney and see Boyz II Men.
DFB Sarah says
Sarah, the acts are subject to change all the time, so until the list is released, we won’t know for sure. (Even then, Disney always says “subject to change”. Hopefully they’ll be there for you!
Kelly says
Last year went to see Boyz II Men. Standing room only couldn’t even get a seat it was the beginning of November and it was very busy so if it’s this time of the year again plan accordingly since it’s a special birthday. We usually go October ish to see Sugar Ray and this is always a good time and can get a seat.
Tommy says
Just wish they didn’t just do a half hour show or like 4 songs….what a waste …
RT says
You can get a seat up front if you eat at one of the restaurants. I always do that and I get a seat right up front. But it’s going to cost you some money. If you got some money to spend it’s worth it.
Kelly says
Seats up front or Not Guaranteed with the dinner package we did it one year for Rick Springfield and there happened to be something going on with the Chase credit card company and they had all of the front rows. We paid extra and we were still around the same place we always sit.
Viviana says
IF available, does that mean I can eat at ANY of the restaurants and have a front row pass? Or is it just the full service / sit down ones that count?
DFB Sarah says
Viviana: If you scroll down our Eat to the Beats page, you’ll find the list of restaurants that participated in 2017. There has not been confirmation that all of these restaurants will be included in 2018 (or that any others might be added), but the list generally stays similar from year to year. It’ll give you an idea of the restaurants that might be included in the packages for 2018.
Sarah says
Thanks guys, I’ll keep an eye out and hope they come next year too. I did see the dinner packages and I think I will do that hopefully I can get a good seat but I would be so sad if I went and then couldn’t even see them. So for me it would be worth it.
Lanette says
We got our reservations through my disney experience.
Booked as dinner with concert to see Rick Springfield.
It’s a full service meal at participating restaurants.
Costs extra, but well worth it.
Six rows from front.
There are different lines to get into concert, ask a cast member which line you should be in.
The line for dinner pkg. gets in first.
AJ says
Awesome feedback, Lanette! I love Rick Springfield!
