The 2018 Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival kicks off on March 2, 2018! And though we are still eagerly awaiting menus for the thirteen Food Booths that will celebrate California cuisine, we have received word confirming four of the upcoming Food Booths (including some of their menu items)!
Well, it’s not just snacks all over Disney World that are suddenly sporting the Rose Gold hue… because now you can get a Rose Gold CHURRO in Disneyland!
Find this strawberry flavored Churro at the Churro Cart next to Sleeping Beauty Castle. That’s what our friend Sabrina did (she’s @everythingdisney.55), and she thought it was delicious!
For the past year, Disneyland’s Village Haus has been occluded by the Red Rose Taverne overlay that was designed to celebrate the release of the live-action Beauty and the Beast. And there’s no end in sight for the takeover, as now Red Rose Taverne has a brand new breakfast menu! (Oh, and in case you’re wondering, it’s pretty much the only breakfast game in town besides Jolly Holiday, now that Rancho del Zocalo is back to only lunch and dinner.)
White Water Snacks is tucked away inside Disney’s Grand Californian at Disneyland. Despite the out-of-the-way location, we always like to see what’s on the menu. And guess what? Everyone is welcome; you don’t need to be a guest of the hotel to dine at this quick-service spot.
One of the reasons that we think you should stop by is for the Hot Dog of the Month — Corn Dog NUGGET NACHOS! Remember when we first brought this one to your attention? Well, they are still very popular.
The Lunar New Year event at Disneyland is a multicultural celebration for the Year of the Dog — and it’s in full swing! The 2018 Lunar New Year events include three tasty food booths, plus the return of a nighttime water show called Hurry Home, the Lucky Wishing Wall (add your own wish!), and Mulan’s Lunar New Year Processional.
Disneyland’s Downtown Disney District is getting its first on-site brewery later this year with the opening of Ballast Point.
Based in San Diego, Ballast Point is one of the leading craft breweries in the country; and the Downtown Disney location will house a three-barrel “research and development” brewery in addition to a New American restaurant and outdoor beer garden. [Read more…]
It’s almost time for Disneylanders to Let the Good Times Roll in the Downtown Disney District when Splitsville Luxury Lanes opens on January 29th!
Similar to the Splitsville in Disney Springs, the bowling and dining spot will serve classic bowling alley eats alongside not-your-typical bowling fare. So while you’ll find things like good ol’ burgers and fries and Macho Nachos on the menu…
The Lunar New Year celebration kicks off later this month in Disney California Adventure! From January 26th through February 18th, Disneyland Resort guests can enjoy specialty food offerings at Paradise Garden Grill, as well as at three themed Marketplaces located on the north side of Paradise Pier.
Check out the menus to figure out which items you’d most like to try!
