People have been GATEKEEPING the best parts about Magic Kingdom from you! So we’re putting a stop to that RIGHT NOW.
We’re BIG fans of any reason to dress up and celebrate at Disney World, and if you were out at Magic Kingdom recently, you may have found yourself a bit confused if you weren’t in on this particular celebration.
From time to time, Disney offers events where you’re encouraged to dress up, such as during special holiday after-hours parties and the ever-popular Dapper Day. So if you happened to feel like you were stepping into a game of Jumaji on your recent visit to the park, allow us to fill you in! [Read more…]
Disney World is known as The Most Magical Place on Earth.
And while this statement is true, sometimes wild, unbelievable, and creepy things take place at Disney World.
We’ll say it once and we’ll say it again: Cast Members are what makes Disney World SO magical.
Cast Members are always going above and beyond to sprinkle a little extra pixie dust on our day. They’re always so sweet in sharing their personal stories. That’s why we are always telling you to use that Cast Compliment feature on the My Disney Experience app because we want to give back to them after they’ve given so much to us. Well, one Cast Member has received so much feedback from you that he’s been recognized by Disney!
We’ve told you to read the fine print. You know to double-check those flight dates before purchasing your airline tickets. We even make sure to comb through all the Disney World park hours to make sure you’re aware of any important changes. But even Disney EXPERTS make mistakes. Even people who go to the parks every single DAY may be surprised by a sneaky sign or an unexpected closure.
That’s what we’re here for! We’re here to let you learn from our mistakes. During a recent visit to Magic Kingdom, we overheard an interesting conversation in Frontierland. That conversation sparked an investigation, and we suddenly found ourselves running all over Magic Kingdom, looking for proof. We came to a confusing conclusion. Time to explain.
The Magic Kingdom Expansion has been a big talking point and Disney World fans are excited to see what is to come.
Some things have changed since the idea of what lies beyond Big Thunder Mountain was teased at D23 in 2022. Let’s take a look at what is different compared to the original announcement.
There’s something BIG coming soon to Magic Kingdom!
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is opening summer 2024, replacing the former Splash Mountain. With such a major new ride in the park, we’re left wondering what else might change over in Frontierland to adapt to Tiana’s arrival. One thing that has been speculated for months is that Disney will turn the nearby Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe into a Tiana’s Palace restaurant…but should they REALLY do that?
There are two times a year when we can’t WAIT to visit Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
One of those times is during the holiday season when the hotel puts up its elaborate — and life-sized– gingerbread house. The other time of the year is NOW, just before Easter, when the hotel puts out its amazing chocolate Easter egg display. Well, the day has arrived, and that display is NOW UP! Seriously, just WAIT until you see some of these gorgeous eggs MADE BY HAND.
What a week in Disney World!!!
We have made our way ALL over EPCOT to enjoy the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival (and all that glorious food!). We’re also gearing up to eat a TON of special Easter snacks in Disney World. However, we have been keeping an eye on Disney World restaurant menus and have noticed some changes we want to tell you about.
Sure, Disney Springs is fun for shopping, but we think we’d rather go shopping in EPCOT!
Now, hear us out. Here’s the thing. If you go shopping in EPCOT, particularly around World Showcase, you can literally shop around the world. Each pavilion has unique souvenirs FROM THEIR COUNTRY, including designer bags, handmade items, clothing, and more. Well, we recently stumbled upon a unique souvenir that’s both handy and CUSTOMIZED — and you can get in the U.K. Pavilion.
