Chile: 2011 Epcot Food and Wine Festival

Since 1997, the Chile booth has been extremely popular! Usually it offers a delicious seviche (or ceviche) for patrons to purchase, then savor! Admittedly, I’m sad over the loss of the delicious alfajores (dulce de leche cookie) from 2009.
