Mexico: 2010 Epcot Food and Wine Festival

Ah, Mexico! This year, a brand new restaurant — La Hacienda de San Angel — will be opening in the Mexico pavilion at Epcot, so you might have to battle crowds to get to the Mexico booth! But it will be worth it for the Esquites, Taco de Chilorio (pork fried in chile sauce), and Tamal (tamale) de Pollo!
