Min and Bill’s Dockside Diner

Drop your anchor at the rustic “S.S. Down the Hatch” ship on Echo Lake for a quick meal at Min and Bill’s Dockside Diner.

Min and Bill’s Dockside Diner is open during lunch and dinner hours in the Echo Lake area of Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Outdoor seating is very limited and offers little protection from the elements. Enjoy quick snack items that are unavailable in other areas of the park like frankfurters wrapped in a pretzel roll. Be sure to check out the rotating (and often quite tasty!) Seasonal Milkshake on your visit, too!
