Min and Bill’s Dockside Diner is open during lunch and dinner hours in the Echo Lake area of Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Outdoor seating is very limited and offers little protection from the elements. Enjoy quick snack items that are unavailable in other areas of the park; Italian sausage with peppers and onions and hot dogs wrapped in a pretzel roll are popular choices.
