Review: Cookies and Cream Cupcake at Candy Counters in Disney World and Disneyland

Our Disneyland Correspondent Heather Sievers (you know her because she’s always Dining in Disneyland — and dining so well!) is more than up to the task of checking out new goodies. And this one happens to be on BOTH coasts right now!
