Disney Dining Classic: Dole Whip Float at Magic Kingdom’s Aloha Isle

With multiple trips to Walt Disney World in recent weeks, I had lots of new stuff to check out. But even while trying the new Pork Shank, Croque Monsieur, and new cupcakes in the Magic Kingdom, I knew I had to make room for a classic!

And really…is there a better way to start out a brand new year than with a Dole Whip?

The float version of the treat with pineapple soft serve and pineapple juice honestly has been one of my favorite treats since I started visiting Disney World as a kid!

You’ll find the refreshing treat at Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom’s Adventureland, right across from the entrance to the Swiss Family Robinson tree house. And usually when I visit, there’s a line around the corner! But on this blessed occasion I was shocked to see NOBODY waiting for a treat! Wha?!?!?!

What’s even better than a Dole Whip? A Dole Whip with virtually no line! It was on like Donkey Kong.

The most recent menu is below (it does change from time to time), and guests can now choose from pineapple, vanilla, or orange — but chocolate is missing. You can also swirl together two flavors to tame the pineapple strength if you’d like — orange and pineapple is a good one to try!

Not there for a Dole Whip? There’s also an assortment of chips and Coca Cola products available, as well as coffee and tea. AND you can always try one of Disney’s original “healthier for you” snacks — a fresh pineapple spear!
