We recently shared the colorful and oh-so-collectible “it’s a small world” Minnie ears we found at Disneyland Resort. But we’re thrilled to let you know that the ears have arrived in Walt Disney World — and so much more! If you regularly find yourself humming the iconic small world melody, it’s time to get on board your boat and cruise into Disney Springs’ Disney Style for “it’s a small world” merchandise! If you’ve avoided jumping on the Mickey and Minnie Ears bandwagon until now, prepare to get on board. Because these newest ears are a world of laughter you’re not going to be able to resist. Yup: they’re it’s a small world Minnie Ears, and they. are. epic.!
They are everything we ever could’ve imagined: classic Mary Blair design in endlessly cheerful colors, smiling clock face on one ear, ‘Hello’ flower on the other.

Our day in Animal Kingdom was jam-packed with new food, menu changes, construction, and more. But, our favorite part of the day was stopping at the Donald’s Dino-Bash Dance Party and hearing the DJ play Monster Mash and other Halloween songs mixed in with regular pop songs!

Updates from Disney’s Animal Kingdom This Week!
No visit to a Disney Park is complete without a wander through the stores. Our visit to Animal Kingdom was no different, and we found some pretty fun new merch for Halloween and Christmas!
We love that in the Animal Kingdom Discovery Trading Company they put this sign out about Bats at Halloween every year.
The World of Disney Store and other locations in Disneyland Resort have a selection of adorable it’s a small world Disneyland Park items. Inspired by Mary Blair’s original artwork, these items are great collectibles commemorating the 45th anniversary of this beloved park attraction.

Another fun cookbook is being released by Disney, and this one pays homage to the classic ride, it’s a small world! There are also two companion books available — a sticker activity book and an illustrated book about the happiest cruise that ever sailed!
Feed Our Small World: A Cookbook for Kids will be released on August 16, 2011, by Disney Press, along with a companion picture book. This hardcover cookbook will contain 64 pages of international recipes geared to ages 4-8, and the easy directions will be enhanced with cooking tips and colorful photos of each dish.
Your kitchen can become a magical wonderland filled with the sights and sounds of multi-cultural dishes such as French quiche, Indian chicken curry, Indonesian beef satay, and Scottish shortbread!
Waiting for the oven to preheat? Kids can read cultural facts that will fascinate them even before tasting their creations!
