Just like with the Dinner:Impossible post, I am INTRIGUED by those salad cones!
I know! I’m guessing those aren’t as uncommon as I originally thought!
Yeah, I was surprised to see those salad cones there. One of the salads was a Caesar. The other was a chopped salad that had Turkey and what tasted like a creamy avocado dressing. It was delicious. I put a couple of those “mini quiches” on my plate and was surprised to find when I bit into one that they were actually tiny deep dish pizzas! Some had pepperoni and some had mushroom.
Leigh — Thanks for the info!! I’ll have to change the title of my mini quiche photo to mini pizzas! Yum! I hope you had a blast at the event.
