Is it open to the general public on Thurs. or on the 27th (which is Friday)? You have posted, Thurs. the 27th.
Sorry Karen — It’s Friday. I changed the mistake. Thanks for the heads up!
It’s 9:15 and the site does not seem to be open. Anyone else having the same issue??
Yep, I am having the same issue!
I just called and they said if you are not a tables in wonderland or other special customer you will not be able to get advanced tickets. They told me that they received notice that the information on the website was a mistake. I hope this is wrong–I already booked my reservation and this was going to be my first time.
I’m having the same problem, guys, as are a lot of folks discussing it on the message boards. Wow. With the Candlelight Processional issues yesterday and this tech issue today — NOT cool.
Just got in!!! Try it again!
Got a slight problem. Booked 2 events at the same time. Would love to trade if someone is willing. If not, I guess I have tickets for sale.
We booked Jamie Deen on Saturday, Oct. 16 for 3PM and WANTED him at 1PM. Anyone got a 1PM who would trade us for the 3PM?
Let me know on here and we’ll figure out how to contact each other.
Thanks.
