This fantastic photo really captures the contrast in textures you find in the hearty dim sum dish!

The beef buns were awesome! We even bought trays at the festival center to carry everything!

We ate a ton of food at the festival, but when we went back the last night of our trip, there were only 4 things we had to make sure we got twice. Lobster (and chocolate stout for dad) from Hops and Barley, The warm pudding from Ireland. Our family favorite that you need to post a recipe for, Schinkennudeln from Germany (which they were out of), and my personal favorite Mongolian Beef from China. That Mongolian Beef was fantastic.
