Today, we are excited to share details for the Culinary Demonstrations and Beverage Seminars that will take place during the 2014 Epcot Food and Wine Festival!
With not a moment to spare (whew!) we now have details on the low-cost demos and seminars that are one of the hallmarks of the Festival. Everyone is anxious to see what’s available, and to book their favorites (starting July 31st for general public; July 25th for Annual Passholders, DVC members, Golden Oak Residents, and Tables in Wonderland Members; and July 29th for Chase Disney Visa Cardmembers)!
Not only do the demos and seminars represent good value; they also offer some of the most interesting educational and cultural options that guests enjoy during the Festival.
Click through to our Culinary and Beverage Seminars and Demonstrations page to see links to the Culinary, Beverage, and Mixology events.
All seminars and demos are $15 this year, and feature a mix of talent from the culinary world. You’ll find celebrity chefs as well as standout talent from throughout the Walt Disney World company — and beyond. And representatives from wineries and other beverage companies make learning about wine and spirits a hands-on experience with tastings.
There will be many familiar names returning in 2014, so check the details to find out when guest favorites like Gale Gand, Robert Irvine, and Carla Hall take the stage! With demos and seminars taking place daily during the Festival, you’re bound to find options that tempt your palate!
As always, stay tuned to DisneyFoodBlog.com, the DFB Newsletter, and our DFB Food and Wine Festival Fans Facebook Page for all the details as soon as they happen!

hi does anyone know what day/s Buddy Valestro will be there ??
thank you
Sabrina says
Can you also book online with the DVC (or other) discount?
Jenny says
I’m really hoping that the $15 for demos holds for next year.
🙂
Mealtrip says
Sabrina – To get any discounts, you’ll have to call in. TIW and DVC discounts are not part of the online system yet.
Sabrina says
Thank you, yeah I also checked DVC online, looks like we have to call. I just have to call internationally and I guess my call will cost more than the 2 dollars I save on my culinary presentation lol. So maybe I will wait for regular online booking…^^
Galloping Gourmand says
I can’t wait. I’ll be there the first weekend of October with my twin brother who is a foodie but hates (so he claims) Disney. I’m going to use some of these to hook him.
I’ve ead some reviews of the Mixology seminars but considering they change depending on the sponsor I was wondering if there was a way to know who the sponsor will be ahead of time.
Btw, after a terrible year (job, family issues, etc.) it’s great to be able to spend time on the blog AND try to get a new WDW convert through the quickest way to a man’s heart.
AJ says
GG — We MISSED YOU!!!! Take a look at our Mixology seminar page to find out who the sponsor is for each session. http://www.disneyfoodblog.com/2014-epcot-food-and-wine-festival-mixology-seminars/
AJ says
Sabrina — Just beware if you’re hoping to book a popular seminar (e.g. a celebrity chef). Those fill up fast and it might be worth the international charges to get a seat.
Galloping Gourmand says
Thanks AJ. Whiskey and Scotch for our day! My brother will be thrilled. Everything proceeding according to plan – I’ll convert him yet!
Stacie Baumgartner says
Are the seminars refundable? There will 2-4 of us going, 2 are definite, the other 2 are not. If I buy the seminars for them and they can’t come, are they refundable??
Sabrina says
Yeah I know…but the week we’re there (20-28) there aren’t that many things we’re interested in and so we will probably not see a celebrity chef (sadly, Kevin Dundon is there later^^), we decided on the chef of Fulton’s Crab House. He shouldn’t be THAT popular?
Sabrina says
Sorry to clarify: 20-28 September. And thanks for everyone’s help! 🙂
Stacie Baumgartner says
I posted this earlier but don’t see it. Are the seminars refundable if someone can’t come?
AJ says
Stacie — Seminars are not usually refundable; double check with the agent when you make reservations just to confirm.
Jamie Collins says
Excited that we were able to get reservations for both Robert Irvine and Gale Gand’s Culinary Demonstrations. Definitely looking forward to those!
