Sneak Peek! New Epcot Food and Wine Festival Menu Item PHOTOS!
Who’s ready to see some new (and returning) items that will be featured at the Festival for 2016?! Let’s do this!
The Wine & Dine Studio Booth — NEW to the 2016 Epcot Food and Wine Festival
The brand new Wine & Dine Studio will make its debut in the Next Eats section of Future World! A Pork Tenderloin with a Cannellini Bean Ragout and Zinfandel Reduction will be on the menu.
This is also where you’ll find the Seared Scallop with a Truffled Celery Root Puree, Brussels Sprouts and Wild Mushrooms. And yep — you’re right if you think that means the ah-MA-zing scallop formerly of the Scotland booth will NOT be returning. (A moment of silence, please.)
Consider pairing your item with the Robert Mondavi Winery Maestro Red Blend.
Chocolate Studio Booth — NEW to the 2016 Epcot Food and Wine Festival
The Chocolate Studio is a brand new booth for 2016, but it’s bringing with it a favorite dish from 2015: the Liquid Nitro Chocolate-Almond Truffle with Warm Whiskey-Caramel!
The Chew Collective Booth — NEW to the 2016 Epcot Food and Wine Festival
The full cast of the ABC TV daytime cooking show, The Chew, is returning to the Festival! And the show will also be represented at an all-new booth this year! The Chew Collective will serve the Grilled Beef Skewer with Romaine, Apricots, and Feta Cheese.
And for dessert? How about a little Peanut Butter and White Chocolate Mousse with a Caramel Drizzle?
New Marketplace — Name Yet to Be Announced
No. Seriously. You read that right! One more brand new booth is still in its “Imagineering” stages. What we DO know is that the booth will feature Village Farms, a local Florida producer of tomatoes that is taking the Orlando food scene by storm. Disney chefs are so impressed that there will be a whole marketplace booth dedicated to the produce here.
Here’s one of our favorite dishes from today’s preview — Duck Confit with Creamy Polenta and Fire-roasted Salsa.
The booth may not have a name yet, but lemme tell ya’… wherever the Duck Confit ends up, GO. THERE. AND. GET. IT. We also look forward to tasting a Gazpacho and a Tomato Salad with a Tomato Vinaigrette. You never knew how versatile the humble tomato could be. 😉
Islands of the Caribbean Booth — RETURNING to the 2016 Epcot Food and Wine Festival
The Islands of the Caribbean Booth is returning from hiatus! And we’ve got two new menu items to introduce to you. For starters, the Mojo Pork with Black Beans, Cilantro Rice, and Pickled Red Onions.
And this gorgeous puff pastry is a Quesito with sweetened cream cheese and guava sauce.
Farm Fresh Booth
Plan a visit to the returning Farm Fresh Booth for an all-new dish: Chicken and Dumplings, with mushroom and spinach.
Greece Booth
We’re excited to welcome back Greece with some all-new menu items! Loaded Vegan Greek “Nachos” feature pita chips, meatless sausage crumbles, and a vegan tzatziki.
And the Oikos Greek Yogurt Vanilla Cake will be soaked in Ouzo and topped with a yogurt whipped cream and pistachios.
South Korea Booth
will return with a Korean-style BBQ Beef with Steamed Rice and Cucumber Kimchi. While last year’s dish was similar, it was a cross slice of short rib. Here, the meat was shredded.
Hops & Barley Booth
The Hops & Barley Booth is bringing a delicious Smoked Beef Brisket to the table this year, topped with Pimento Cheese and served on Griddled Garlic Toast!
And the New England Lobster Roll has received a makeover from the 2015 version.
Desserts & Champagne Booth
You’ll be able to try your Moet Ice Imperial at the returning Desserts & Champagne Booth with or without a bit of fresh mint. And you aren’t seeing things — you enjoy this bubbly over ice!
And don’t forget to keep your eyes peeled for alcoholic and non-alcoholic Ice Cream Floats here, too!
So… whaddya think?!?

What Epcot Food and Wine Festival Event are you looking forward to booking in 2016? Tell us what you think below in comments!
Florence Reali says
My husband and I are looking forward to attending the Food and Wine Festival this year. Can you tell me about the 2016 Food and Wine Festival Premium Package. We are looking forward to signing up for this.
Thank you
Tom S says
Your Greek selections leave a lot to be desired. Just because you make something with Greek yogurt and feta cheese does not make it Greek. There is no such thing as meatless sausage crumbles or vegan tzatziki in authentic Greek cooking.
Gloria Wilkeson says
When will I get the Food & Wine Festival Guide I purchased previously? Will there be a sampler package to purchase like they had last year?
Brooke says
Gloria — We will be releasing the Guide shortly; we are just awaiting the final bits of information. Yes, the Food and Wine Festival Discovery Sampler Package will return once more.
Jess says
So happy the Liquid Nitro Chocolate-Almond Truffle with Warm Whiskey-Caramel is back! I am sad that the 3D Dessert party is not back after not being offered last year.
Lisa says
Thank you so much for publishing this info as soon as you learned of it. I figured that you would immediately after the Tables event yesterday and you didn’t disappoint.
I am a bit disappointed that the Burger Party won’t be available for the start of the Festival like it was last year. it seems that most of the events are clustered in early October instead. Also, not sure why the sampler at this point doesn’t seem to include reserved seats to the Eat to the Beat concert. With just a pin as part of the package now, it doesn’t really seem like a good value.
Marie says
We’re trying to decide between the Rockin Burger Block Party and Party for the Senses. It looks like both offer unlimited high quality food and drink in the same atmosphere… why is Party for the Senses so much more expensive??
Jennifer stowe says
Wil there be many options for vegetarians at the event this year?
Joanna says
When do you expect to find out if the Premium Package will be offered this year? It’s been so nice the last two years to be able to sit at a table in the shade and eat the great food instead eating off a trash can in the sun!
SynA says
Our 1st EFWF experience was last year & we loved it! I can’t say enough about the Premium Package! At first the price seemed high, but when you have access to shaded seating for 4 days, the value was totally there for my group. One of the days, it was raining pretty hard & we were protected from the brunt of it while in the seating areas. We were always encouraged by the CMs to stay & relax, so it was a great VIP experience. I hope the package retains it’s value for 2017.
Paula says
Are those really the dates for PFTS? Oct 28 and 29 and then none in November?? Sad as we planned to do the F&W Classic on both of those dates but we love PFTS as well.
Lisa says
Thank you for the information. I have been trying to wait patiently for it!
I am disappointed to see that the first Burger Party is so late this year. I went last year and was hoping to go again this year but will be there at the start of the Festival. I wish that some of the special events were being offered during the beginning of the Festival, as most seem to be in October.
Is it confirmed that the Sample package doesn’t include Eat to the Beat seating? Also it seems that the times for the beverage and culinary demos have switched from last year. Is that true?
Carrie says
Any news on the Premium Package? The cast member I spoke with said they weren’t offering it this year, which is a huge disappointment. I’m in denial, hoping you might have some good news for us. 🙂
Brooke says
Carrie — We haven’t hear any more about the return of the Premium Package. 🙁
Wendy says
I have called and emailed Disney and they tell me that the Premium Package will not be returning which is a big disappointment. I had already booked my other events or I would not be coming. Next year I will not book anything unless they bring back the package. I just can’t stand in lines anymore and fight for a place to sit and eat.
