Yes, we are getting ready to head to the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays this coming Sunday. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t plenty of other Festival news to go around… because menus are up for the Food Studios coming to the 2018 Epcot International Festival of the Arts, running from January 12 through February 19, 2018!
Just like the Festival’s inaugural year in 2017, three artistic disciplines will be celebrated: Culinary, Visual, and Performing Arts.
The Culinary Arts will once more be recognized with the presence of Food Studios. These standalone marketplace booths offer enhanced food options around World Showcase, with a focus on unique presentation in keeping with the artistic Festival theme.
And 2018 will offer EVEN MORE food than last year, with a new focus on international flavors in addition to returning favorites from 2017!
Find the full menus for the 2018 Festival of the Arts here!
The Deconstructed Dish is a new Studio for 2018; however, it will feature deconstructed dishes similar to those found at last year’s E=AT², such as the Irregular Reuben with Shredded Corned Beef, Thousand Island Dressing, Pickled Red Cabbage and a Rye Curl.
Cuisine Classique, The Artists’s Table, and The Painter’s Palate will all make returns in 2018.
Favorite returning items will include the Red Wine Braised Short Rib with Parsnip Purée, Broccolini, Baby Tomatoes and Aged Balsamic at Cuisine Classique.
But even the returning Studios, which also include Pop Eats!, Decadent Delights, and The Masterpiece Kitchen will also have new selections. For instance, a Sous Vide Poulet Rouge Chicken Roulade with Apples and Sage served with Warm Brie Fondue, Blueberry and Beet Gel and garnished with Apple and Beet Chips is coming to Pop Eats!
But wait, there’s even more new stuff… look for a focus on INTERNATIONAL FLAVORS around the World Showcase Pavilion for the Festival of the Arts! France will feature L’Art du Cuisine Francaise, with items like Le Coucher de Soleil (Sunset Mango and Raspberry Cake) and Frosé (Frozen Côtes de Provence Rosé Wine with Grey Goose Vodka and Peach Purée).
In Morocco, the Mosaic Canteen will serve a Hummus Trifle!
And enhanced offerings in Italy at L’Arte di Mangiare will include Cream Fritters with Peach and Arugula Pesto and Amarena Cherries.
Tamuki Table will be located in Japan, and you’ll find The Painted Panda in China, featuring a Coconut Panda Rice Cake!
These are in addition to the returning El Arista Hambriento (The Hungry Artist) in the Mexico Pavilion.
We are definitely looking forward to checking all this out — and much, MUCH more! — when the Festival of the Arts kicks off on January 12th! But don’t forget to join us in the meantime, because the Epcot Festival of the Holidays starts on Sunday, and we’ll be right here with all the Festival Fun!

I know with the Food and Wine and Flower and Garden Festivals, the booths are sometimes open an operational prior to the official opening of the events. Do you think that will be the case with this Festival as well? I am going down in a week for the marathon weekend and was wondering if I might be lucky enough to nag some more Figment swag! 🙂

Mac, that’s a good question — and up to the Disney gods, we’re afraid. 😉 Good luck with the Marathon Weekend and catching hold of some Figment gear!
