While we anxiously await August 30th — the first day of the Food and Wine Festival — let’s take some time right now to check out some brand new Food Booths and items for 2018!
Be sure to click on our individual pages from our Main Menu Page for each booth to see food photos of most of the dishes!
New! 2018 Epcot Food and Wine Festival Booths and Menu Items
Once again this year, the Food Booths expand into Future World and even the Festival Center in addition to, of course, World Showcase. Enjoy more than 30 different booths in all!
NEW In 2018: Shimmering Sips Mimosa Bar and More
The new Shimmering Sips Mimosa Bar will feature of variety of Mimosas with options such as a Key Lime Mimosa, a Tropical Mimosa, a Blood Orange Mimosa, and more!
But there won’t simply be sipping at Shimmering Sips… an array of pastries such as Chocolate and Almond Croissants and Cheese Danish will be available, too, to enjoy with your mimosa of choice!
Interestingly, this booth will also have a “Frozen Apple Pie,” which reminds us of the slushy of the same name at the Poland Booth a couple of years ago!
This time it will be non-alcoholic, though! The kiddos will love it!
Also new this year, they’re turning Taste Track into a booth (find some yummy specialty cronuts here, along with a Pancake Milkshake!), and the Craft Beers booth seems to have turned into Craft Drafts this year!
Returning Booths — With Surprises!
Of course, there are several returning favorites we can never resist. Be sure to arrive early before the lines get to long at the Canada booth and the Ireland booth, which is sure to have even LONGER lines this year thanks to the NEW Guinness Baileys Shake on the menu!!
Brazil will be serving Moqueca, a Brazilian Seafood Stew featuring Scallops, Shrimp and White Fish with Coconut-lime Sauce and Steamed Rice. The Cheese Studio will present a Maple Bourbon Boursin Cheesecake with Maple Bourbon Cream, Caramel and Pecan Crunch. Earth Eats will feature The Steakhouse Blended Burger: Blended Beef and Wild Mushroom Slider with Brie Cheese Fondue, Arugula, Truffle and Blue Cheese Potato Chip on a Brioche Bun.
We can’t wait to try a new margarita in Mexico by the name of Ay Carumba! It’s a Smoky Margarita with Gracias A Dios Mezcal, Lime Juice and Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur! And the Refreshment Port will be serving TWO Poutines: a Beef Brisket Poutine with Beer Cheese Sauce AND and Sweet Potato Poutine with Caramel Sauce, Mini Marshmallows and Pecans!
Of course, plenty of fan favorites like the Kalua Pork Slider returning to the Hawai’i booth will come back for the 2018 Festival.

Kylee Gano says
Pairing a mimosa with a chocolate croissant sounds like absolute Heaven. I can’t wait to go this year! I haven’t been to food and wine since I worked there in 2010 and hadn’t turned 21 quite yet. The experience is going to be totally new to me!
Mylene Gagnon says
Happy to see the menus but can’t see the delicious handwich anywhere 🙁
DFB Sarah says
Mylene, seems it didn’t make the cut!
Leslie Brown says
No Patagonia beef skewer!!! That has been my favorite for years- devastated! Also, no shrimp taco in Mexico?
Jennifer says
I purchased the e book prior to the complete schedule and menus. How do I upload the most updated one?
DFB Sarah says
Jennifer, you should’ve received an email with the completed book. I’ll forward your comment to a team member to double check!
Alyssa Amador says
No Patagonia?!?! 🙁 this has to be the worst news ever. That beef skewer was life
Lex says
Can you ask for food alterations at food and wine booths?Say I would like to try the Spicy Tuns and Salmon roll but can’t eat salmon; will they be able to accommodate my request or do I just keep on moving to the next item?
DFB Sarah says
Lex, it will likely depend on how the item is prepared. If it comes already assembled, you may not be able to customize it. But always ask if you really want to try something but need an accommodation! Have fun!
