The 2019 Disney Culinary Adventure Food and Wine Festival seminars and demonstrations offer terrific opportunities to enhance your Festival experience!

The Wine, Beer and Mixology Education & Tasting Seminars take place at the Sonoma Terrace at Golden Vine Winery, the Paradise Gardens Colonnade, or The Vineyard Room at Wine Country Trattoria.

Culinary Demonstrations

Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival Culinary and Beverage Seminars

Beverage Seminars offer DCA Food and Wine Festival goers and opportunity to learn more without breaking the bank.

Mmmm. California Wine

The Wine, Beer and Mixology Education & Tasting Seminars are 45 minutes long and each session is presented by a beverage industry professional who will guide you through sample tastings and are presented on the beautiful Sonoma Terrace at Golden Vine Winery, the Paradise Gardens Colonnade, or The Vineyard Room at Wine Country Trattoria.

Wine seminars will be scheduled for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 1:15 PM or 2:45 PM, and Thursdays at 5:45PM. The beer seminars are scheduled for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 3:30PM or 5:15PM. And the mixology seminars are scheduled for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at either 4:15PM or 5:45PM.

Wine seminars with Disneyland Resort Sommeliers happen on Thursday at 5:45PM.

Golden Vine Winery, Located at Wine Country Trattoria

At the wine seminars guests will learn about different wine varieties and get tasting notes. The beer seminars will focus on how beer is made, ideas for food pairings, and more. And guests attending the mixology seminars will have a chance to mix the featured drink!

Disneyland Food and Wine Festival Beverage Seminar

The price for each of the seminars is $20 per person and guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend.

Culinary Demonstrations are mini cooking lessons, and offer attendees step-by-step instructions and recipe ideas focusing on a single recipe, ingredient, or technique.

Family Friendly Seminars

Family Time complimentary seminars, lasting 30 minutes, are led by Chef Daniella Malfitano and offers tips and demonstrations on making meal time great family time.

Outdoor Stage at the DCA Food and Wine Festival

These seminars take place Fridays through Sundays at the Backlot Stage in Hollywood Land at 3PM.

Jr. Chef

Aspiring young chefs get hands-on kitchen experience, as they mix a variety of ingredients to create make-believe treats.

Chef Goofy offers the “supervision” for this fun event, geared toward the 3-11 set. Kids follow a recipe and then swirl everything together. (Warning: Hands will get a lil messy!) And with a little Disney Magic — poof! Participants leave with a wrapped, ready-to-eat baked treat.

The Jr. Chef kitchen is open for fun several times daily in the Hollywood Backlot. Daily showtimes are posted at the event location. Jr Chef is available on a first-come, first-served basis for children ages 3 to 11. The number of participants is limited and children under age 7 must be accompanied by a guest age 14 or older.
