And we were excited to break the news that the loaded waffles were back at this quick-service staple recently, too!

Well, the pastry wizards at Roaring Fork are at it again, this time bringing the flavor with the Chocolate Peppermint cupcake of the month.

Aside from the obvious — this is a pale green, sparkly beauty! — the Chocolate Peppermint Cupcake tastes awesome.

The frosting is the cool mint of the Chocolate Peppermint Cupcake, and the details in the decorations are so sweet and wintery. There’s some ice-like sugar, snowflake sprinkles, and edible glitter. Elsa would be proud. 😉
