Are you considering a trip to Disney World this year? If so, we’re back with another DFB Video today and we’re sharing the best times to go to Disney World in 2019!
There is, after all, a lot to consider when it comes to timing with any Disney World vacation. Obviously, 2019 will bring special considerations with the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in the fall in Hollywood Studios, so visiting the new land is high on the list for a lot of guests this year. But there is a lot more to think about such as crowds, weather, vacation package promotions, and various events such as the seasonal Festivals in Epcot. So there may be certain times that work better for your group over others, and we’re going to discuss them all in our latest DFB YouTube Video!
And if you love this video, there’s plenty more for you to enjoy over on our DFB YouTube Channel!

During the vlog you mentioned that the Festival of the Arts ends on February 15th. According to Disney’s website it runs until February 25th.
We absolutely love your vlog and think y’all do an outstanding job. The commentary is excellent and the videos are perfect. Thank you for the great work.
Well, the wife and I are going the 26th this month as a rescheduled trip we had to postpone from Oct. While we missed F&W we are looking forward to Festival of the Arts. We have been to all except this one so with smaller crowds and cooler temps we are kinda looking forward to it. I completely agree that HS and Galaxy’s Edge will be like Flight of Passage magnified to the entire park! Will Disney be forced to change the fp design? Its obvious they need to add a 4th fp, especially with all the great rides there now and when 2 more are added in GE on top of TSL. The addition of the 2 new Disney properties plus the swan/dolphin area 2 new hotels and gondola system is exciting and deals with the expansion. Next up EPCOT, perpetual visits!!
Mark, thanks for the vlog love! You’re right about the date being February 25!
We have booked a quick trip to Disney over the second part of President’s Day Week, not thinking at first about the crowds. Do you think the crowds will be as bad as Christmas and New Years? Love your videos!
Hannah, that time isn’t as bad as Christmas or New Years, but it’s busy enough that you’ll want to make sure you’ve got your Fastpasses and Advance Dining Reservations in place as soon as you can. Have a blast!
