opened in Disney World’s Caribbean Beach Resort in October 2018. It’s opening brought Table Service back to the Moderate Resort after Shutters was closed to accommodate a resort-wide refurbishment.
Sebastian’s Bistro
From its opening, the spot served both lunch and dinner. However, Sebastian’s Bistro will discontinue lunch service later this month, and will serve dinner only starting January 27th.

Please note that the Disney World website does still display lunch hours for the Bistro on January 27th and onward (at the time of publishing). However, when you attempt to make an Advance Dining Reservation, you will find “No tables available” during lunch hours.

I’m so thankful for this post! I made a lunch reservation for January 30th a few weeks after Sebastian’s opened. And just yesterday (before I saw this) I canceled my reservation because I didn’t want to take away time from the parks. I wonder if I had kept the reservation if Disney would’ve contacted me or would I have found out when I got there and they weren’t open. Thank you for always having the top information!
