This item made its debut as part of “Get Your Ears On” — A Mickey and Minnie Celebration in Disneyland Resort… and it promptly sold out! Fortunately, Disney has shared an update on the Disneyland Annual Passholder news page, stating that the Buckets will be available at popcorn carts around Disneyland and Disney California Adventure again starting March 12, 2019!

They should have to scan your AP card so each AP holder only gets one. This way there would be more available for AP holders. They sell out too fast.
