Tickets are now available for a Patio Food & Beer Pairing event taking place on Tuesday, April 2nd and Wednesday, April 3rd from 3:00 – 4:00 PM. This three course tasting and educational seminar will be presented by Executive Chef Colin MacLaggan and VP of Specialty Brewing Colby Chandler.
The menu is as follows:
TROPICAL FRUIT CEVICHE
Paired with Passing Haze Hazy IPA
BRAISED VEAL CHEEK with spring onion and wild garlic polenta
Paired with Coffee Brown Ale
HONEY PINE NUT POPPY SEED PARFAIT with spring berries and rhubarb
Paired Sour Wench Blackberry Ale
Note that all guests must be at least 21 years of age. Tickets for either seating are $40 per guest and include all courses, paired beers, tax, and gratuity.
