If you’re soaking up some sun on the rooftop pool terrace at Disneyland Resort’s Paradise Pier Hotel, you can grab some new — and rather interesting — bites coming this summer to The Sand Bar.
The Spaghetti Burger tops a beef patty with mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomato spread, and arugula and places it all between two “buns” made of fried spaghetti!
Joining the Spaghetti Burger on the Big Bites menu will be an Arugula Salad topped with a soft-poached egg and a Double B-L-T-A with crispy bacon, braised pork belly, butter lettuce, balsamic tomatoes, and creamy avocado on focaccia.
Artisan pizza will also be an offering along with a selection of tacos (such as duck confit with caramelized onions, pork with pineapple salsa, or grilled shrimp with Sriracha aïoli), seafood ceviche, chicken drum sticks, and chili-lime yuca fries. And slider options will include the PBJ Burger Slider: a plant-based patty, peanut butter, and blackberry jam served on a toasted potato bun.

You’re looking at Confetti Dessert Nachos topped with vanilla whipped cream, diced strawberries, chocolate drizzle, and sprinkles. Churro Sundaes will also be up for grabs.
