Spooky season is just around the corner and with Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party getting a few NEW additions this year, we honestly cannot wait to check it out!!
I mean there’s going to be a new fireworks show called Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spooktacular, and a new interactive trick or treat experience at Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor.
BUT that’s not all!! Disney has just announced a few new additions to Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade!
Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade is really not so scary, just like Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. This is because the offerings at both the party and during the parade are very family-friendly.
If you’ve seen Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade before, then it may just be one of your TOP most adored Disney parades (it’s mine hands down…sorry Festival of Fantasy)! But, this year, the parade maybe even better than in past years. NEW floats and characters are being added!
We’ve had to beware of hitchhiking ghosts, grave diggers, and Haunted Mansion Ballroom Dancers for a while now! But this year, you’ll also need to beware of the spectral Bride who will glide down Main Street U.S.A. along with the Haunted Mansion ballroom dancers. Gosh, the thought of seeing her gives me hot and cold running chills. I cannot wait, can you?
But that’s not all that’s new to Boo-To-You this year as there will also be a new Tomorrowland parade unit! That’s right, The Incredibles and Edna Mode are joining the parade! Buzz Lightyear and the Aliens from Toy Story are joining as well. They will be searching for crystalline treasures on the surface of a planetary playset float.
And all of our favorites like Vanellope, Ralph, Mickey, Minnie, and a few Disney villains will be returning.
We cannot wait to get our spook on at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary this year. Tickets are already on sale and the parties begin on August 16th. Can you believe it? Fall in the kingdom is just around the corner! (:

I hope the cast members will regulate the crowds for the MNSSHP as it was not done for Mickey’s Christmas Party last year. Hordes of people without the special wrist bands were allowed to stay; making it unbearable for those who paid for the event. Bracelets need to be checked and those without will need to leave. That’s the only fair way.
