We love our nachos with LOTS of cheese and a little bit of a kick!
Buuuut, these new nachos have taken us by delicious surprise in Disney World! Who knew that sweet Fall flavors would work on salty nachos?!
The Chicken Adobo Nachos have made their tasty debut as the Halloween offering at Springs’ Street Tacos Food Truck in Disney Springs!
The blue corn tortilla chips are topped with chicken adobo, pumpkin cheese sauce (?!), lime crema, dried cranberries, and toasted pumpkin seeds.
While these nachos aren’t spicy, they are PACKED with flavor. The mixture of real cheese and plastic cheese was delicious, even though the pumpkin taste wasn’t very strong. The lime crema balanced the flavor with a tangy kick in every bite.
The chicken was so tender, and there was enough to have some with each scoop! The cranberries added a sweet little burst to the chicken, along with the crunch from the pumpkin seeds.
If you’re looking for a shareable Halloween snack for the spooky season, we totally recommend the Chicken Adobo Nachos for $10!
They will be available from October 25 – 31st along with a few other new Halloween treats — which you can learn all about here!
