Hold onto your giblets!
We’ve just spotted another gobblety (gobble + novelty, get it?) waddling its way into Disney World! Check out the Thanksgiving Cupcake we just saw (and tasted!) at Animal Kingdom here!
This lil cutie patootie can be found over at Restaurantosaurus and Creature Comforts this year. Note — they had a very similar looking one last year, but it was made with different ingredients!
This year, the Thanksgiving Cupcake at Animal Kingdom is a cinnamon cake filled with pumpkin mousse topped with a buttercream turkey with a cute little chocolate face!
We’re not sure who’s a more handsome lad — this Thanksgiving Cupcake, or the one we spotted at Sunshine Seasons in Epcot earlier which features a cranberry orange cupcake with an orange curd filling!
But good looks aside, (we’re calling it a tie since they’re both too stinkin’ adorable) it’s time to CARVE THIS BIRD UP and see how he tastes!
Much to our delight, the cinnamon cake is so sweet, spicy, and delicious! Meanwhile, the pumpkin mousse was super tasty! Ours was nice and cold and packed with tons of pumpkin flavor. It tasted just like pumpkin purée to us — that’s how pumpkiny it was!
We hope you’ll get the chance to nab the Thanksgiving Cupcake from Animal Kingdom for $5.99! He may be a flightless bird, but we think he’ll be flyin’ off the shelves this week, and then he’ll disappear!
