That’s because our friends at Uva Bar and Cafe have just shared with us the details of their newest burger of the month!

Mark your calendars as January 2020’s beefy centerfold is the “Pulled Pork Burger”. Uva describes this beefy delight as stacked with juicy pulled pork, chipotle honey BBQ sauce, spiced aioli, coleslaw, crispy onion straws, and pickles. It’s also served with sweet potato fries!

You can pick up Uva Bar’s Pulled Pork Burger all month long for $20. They recommend pairing it with the Kona Fire Rock Pale Ale — a crisp and cool “Hawaiian-style” American pale wheat ale!
