Disney’s Chief Medical Officer Dr. Pam Hymel released a letter today outlining many of the options Disney is considering to implement when their parks eventually reopen. One of these measures, virtual queueing, is one we have previously discussed as a possibility, and it seems as though Disney is taking this protocol into serious consideration.
