Guests with upcoming reservations at Disney World have begun to receive surveys asking various questions about influencing factors when it comes to keeping or cancelling their reservations. These questions include specific offerings within the Disney theme parks, but also expand to questions about travel in general, and when guests may feel safe to travel again.
