Did you buy one and try it on? I am curious. I ordered multiple packs of Disney face masks from the official ShopDisney site and finally got them today. Absolutely terrible. We’d measured our faces and ordered according to the shopDisney website chart before ordering but they came so small not only can we not use them, they don’t even fit my 8 year old niece. And they came packed with a sticker on them stating that they are non-refundable, returnable or exchangeable. After we realized how bad they were, I checked the reviews and I am one of about 150 people making the same claims. Really surprising that Disney continues to sell them and so far seems like they’re going to do nothing to fix things for those who already bought them.
I love that mask, want it so bad!
I agree, the face masks that we waited months to get are horrible. Nice designs but mine came in two different sizes, to small and way to small. Not the size I ordered. Disney is trying way to hard and to fast and they are messing up.
I’d like the Haunted Mansion Crocs…I need a size 9…I couldn’t find a place to comment on that site. Can you get them and how much are they? TIA
I agree. The masks are cute but definitely way too small. I am a small woman and ordered an adult large. I CANNOT wear them at all as they are WAY TOO SMALL and I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN DISNEY WITH THESE. Plus I waited forever to get them. NOT SATISFIED
