Due to the current global situation, guests have not been able to board the Disney Cruise Line for their sailings as previously scheduled.
While Fall 2021 sail dates have been released, Disney Cruise Line has repeatedly had to suspend departure dates for 2020. Now, it looks like Disney Cruise Line will be pushing back its departure dates for 2020 once again!
Previously, Disney Cruise Line extended the suspension of its departures for the Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, and Disney Wonder through September 30, 2020, and through October 2, 2020 for the Disney Magic.
Cruise Lines International Association shared that Disney Cruise Line, as well as other cruise line members, will be delaying departure dates until at least October 31. This will apply to other cruise lines as well including Royal Caribbean, Princess, Carnival Cruise Line, and Norwegian Cruise Line.
When we tried searching for a new cruise throughout all of September, October, and even November of 2020 on the Disney Cruise Line website, we were met with a message that informed us we’d have to “chart a different course.” The Disney Cruise Line website now says that all departures are suspended through October 31st.
We’ll keep an eye out for any updates to the Disney Cruise Line website and any future delays in departure dates, and keep you informed.
