With all the pumpkin treats we’ve been trying today, you might think we’re sold on the gourd as our favorite flavor of the season. Well, we just might have another contender. The apple treats have been catching our eye just as much. Take the Not So Poison Apple Cupcake for example — delicious. And now, there’s another treat that makes us lean a liiiiittle bit over towards apple.

The gorgeous treat is apple and caramel mousse covered in a red glaze with a crunchy candy base. Okay, we’re intrigued. When we cut into it, it almost looked like a real apple for a second; except, you know, made of mousse.

Honestly, this treat is kind of a sleeper hit in our book. The mousse didn’t have too much apple, but the caramel flavor was just the right amount of sweetness. Plus, the crispy cereal at the bottom of the treat makes it a fun mix of textures!
