Halloween is only a few days away, which means we’ve been ALL ABOUT the Haunted Mansion. That means you’ll find us drinking out of our Madame Leota Sipper, while carrying around our Haunted Mansion Dooney & Bourke bags, while munching on Constance’s For Better or For Worse Cake. Because why not, right?!
We’ve also been visiting the Happy Haunts at Disney World’s Haunted Mansion on a regular basis! We’re totally okay with being the ONE MORE.
But earlier this month, we noticed that one of the 999 Happy Haunts was missing. The Opera Singer Ghost had completely disappeared, vanished into nothingness! You might not know who she is, but here she is on an Opera Singer Figurine! Ring any bells?
At the time, a Cast Member told us she was getting a bit of a touch-up and would return soon.
And we are happy to report that the Opera Singer is BACK, and shall we say, looking as hauntingly dramatic as ever!

We were very happy to see her back because 998 ghosts is simply not enough (although we did consider volunteering ourselves as a tribute to the Ghost Host). Welcome, back Opera Singing Lady!
Here is a bit of fun trivia: the voice of the Haunted Mansion’s opera singer is Loulie Jean Norman, who many might know as the singer of the original Star Trek theme song!
