Eats
We got at queso fundido (for $7.50), and SO glad we did! It’s made with Impossible chorizo, which was incredibly flavorful and had a bit of a kick to it. We honestly couldn’t tell that the chorizo wasn’t real meat.
The cheese was perfectly warm and melty, and its mild flavor paired very well with the chorizo. The tortilla chips were very fresh (they tasted house-made) and had just the right amount of salt on them.

Overall
In general, Brews & Bites is a great option for anyone who wants a fun, seasonal drink — with a lengthy menu of brews, there’s bound to be something for everyone. And that Chorizo Queso Fundido is not to be missed! Whether or not you’re usually a fan of Impossible meat, we think you can really enjoy this.
