The 2023 Disney Culinary Adventure Food and Wine Festival seminars and demonstrations offer terrific opportunities to enhance your Festival experience!

The Wine, Beer, Sommelier, and Mixology Education & Tasting Seminars take place at the Sonoma Terrace at Golden Vine Winery or the Paradise Gardens area.

Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival Culinary and Beverage Seminars

Beverage Seminars offer DCA Food and Wine Festival goers and opportunity to learn more without breaking the bank.

Mmmm. California Wine

The Wine, Beer , Sommelier, and Mixology Education & Tasting Seminars are 45 minutes long and each session is presented by a beverage industry professional who will guide you through sample tastings and are presented on the beautiful Sonoma Terrace at Golden Vine Winery.

Golden Vine Winery, Located at Wine Country Trattoria

At the wine seminars guests will learn about different wine varieties and get tasting notes. The beer seminars will focus on how beer is made, ideas for food pairings, and more. And guests attending the mixology seminars will have a chance to mix the featured drink!

Disneyland Food and Wine Festival Beverage Seminar

The price for each of the seminars is $25.00, with the exception of the Mixology Seminars which are $75. (Mixology Education & Tasting Seminars are $25.00.)

Culinary Demonstrations are mini cooking lessons, and offer attendees step-by-step instructions and recipe ideas focusing on a single recipe, ingredient, or technique.

Alice’s Wonderland Bakery Unbirthday Party

If you have a little pastry-chef-in-the-making (ages 3 – 11), you may want to check out Alice’s Wonderland Bakery Unbirthday Party (inspired by Disney Junior’s new animated series Alice’s Wonderland Bakery)!

This cupcake decorating experience features special guest chefs at the Hollywood Backlot Stage in Hollywood Land, joining live host Rolly Pin and two animated characters from the series, Alice and Princess Rosa! Check the Disneyland App for times.
