PLEASE NOTE: Planet Hollywood is currently closed and undergoing a major refurbishment. It will reopen in late 2016 as the Planet Hollywood Observatory, featuring a new outdoor terrace, live entertainment, and Stargazers, a brand new bar space.
Anyone who’s been to a Planet Hollywood before pretty much knows what to expect: standard American fare served amidst a plethora of movie memorabilia. This Planet Hollywood is one of the most interesting I’ve seen, however — you dine inside a giant globe, which is going to be pretty cool for any kids in your party! Food quality is decent here, too. Located in Disney Springs West Side, you’ll be able to see it from everywhere!
Planet Hollywood in Disney Springs will be receiving a makeover (in keeping with the transformation of what was formerly Downtown Disney into Disney Springs), and will become the Planet Hollywood Observatory sometime in 2016.

Guest Review: Planet Hollywood
- The restaurant is open until 1am, and the bar is open until 2am — this is one of the only good spots for late-night eats in WDW.
- There are three levels of dining rooms in the globe, and the ceiling looks like a starry sky.
- Stop by the Merch location outside for your Planet Hollywood t-shirt.
