The Swan & Dolphin Food & Wine Classic takes place every fall in Disney World! The dates for 2026 are Friday, November 20th and Saturday, November 21st, from 5:00 – 9:00PM on both days. “Two of the culinary world’s most celebrated chefs will come together for the first time at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic as James Beard Award-winning chefs Michael Mina and Todd English host an exclusive collaborative tasting experience.
Working side by side in an intimate, interactive setting, Mina and English will take guests on a culinary journey via 10 carefully constructed courses with beverage pairings.
