LEVEL99 Games and Challenges
LEVEL99’s website shares that the goal of your experience is to “work with your friends to discover new challenges, collect all the stars, find digital treasure and master new experiences.” Think of it like an escape room, an obstacle course, and an arcade all wrapped into one!
At the Disney Springs location, guests have access to 63 life-sized mini-games and challenges.
There are three different types of games at LEVEL99: Rooms, Duels, and Art Hunts:
- Challenge Rooms are cooperative games for teams of 2-6 players, taking 1-4 minutes to complete. Each room features a unique experience in either the PHYSICAL, SKILL, or MENTAL categories. Physical rooms test “strength, balance, and flexibility.” Skill rooms test “accuracy, timing, and reflexes.” Mental rooms test “memory, problem-solving, spatial thinking… and more!”
- Duels are head-to-head challenges found throughout LEVEL99;
- Art Hunts are “a low-key scavenger hunt involving the playful art found all throughout the space. Each piece of art contains a hidden Glyph” as a fun way to explore the entire location. The location in Disney Springs features more than 40 original works of art.

Just a few of Disney Springs’ 63 games include the popular Axe Run, where Players race across a narrow beam while dodging swinging axes, aiming to hit the finish button as quickly as possible without stepping off course.
Mansion Banquet is a puzzle game which allows you to act as a dinner party planner. During the game, you’ll race against a timer to seat party guests by perfectly matching their ideal seat, dinner, and drink using clues scattered around the room.
In Mansion Gallery, you go through art to look for clues and decipher riddles. This one is a test of logic and delusion!
In fact, you can see Mansion Gallery designated as a “Mental Puzzle” as you explore your gaming options.
Pirates Brig is a game where your entire team needs to climb through a barred window to escape, but you can’t set off the metal sensors!
Island Shrine tests your bashing skills, skill dexterity, and balance as you answer the call of the tribe who has summoned you, but first… you must prove yourself worthy.
The rooms are designed to be played again and again! LEVEL99 is designed to keep you coming back, so hardly anyone is able to play through the over 50 challenges available in each venue.
How do you play?
When you purchase your tickets at level99.com, you’ll create an account that will ultimately be linked to a wristband which gives you access to all of the games.
The kiosks where you check in are right next to the entrance, so all you have to do is enter the confirmation code to assign it to your wristband.
You’ll tap your “Veloband” anywhere you see the LEVEL99 logo to start playing.
Lockers are also available to store your belongings while you play.
You can pause your playing time for up to 30 minutes (whether you do it all at once or , for instance, 10 minutes at one point and then 20 minutes later) to grab a snack or drink, or simply take a break.
Earning Stars and Prizes at Level99
You earn stars when you play games, and once you get a certain number of stars, you can customize your avatar with color, animated effects, icons, etc. Each game awards anywhere from zero to three stars (with three being the best possible score).
You also get stars for winning duels, as well as for every glyph you correctly identify on the art hunt. Stars put you on the overall leaderboard that combines all LEVEL99 locations, so you can play wherever, and your score will follow you.
You can also earn puzzle pieces that can go towards prizes like a snack, t-shirt, sticker, water bottle, and more.
You can also earn coins on the game screens. These coins can be traded for puzzle pieces for specific prizes. If you want to change your username, you can do that in any room.
Team performance impacts the rewards you earn, and you can level up your account, and earn fragments which can be redeemed for snacks, perks, Emblem customizations, swag, and more! For some extra incentive, top players are featured on the Leaderboards.
Purchase Tickets for LEVEL99
Interested guests can buy tickets in advance at level99.com.Tickets start at $29.99 per player for intervals of 1.5 to 2.5 hours of play. A premium pass add-on is available upon checkout for $19.99 per person, and it includes expedited check-in, a limited-edition Veloband, 10% off merchandise, and an exclusive collectible pin.
If you’ve purchased a Premium Pass, look for the Premium Pass line as it’s separate from the regular line.
When you purchase your ticket, you will book a specific block of time, and within the venue you can pause your time for up to 30 minutes (whether you do it all at once or , for instance, 10 minutes at one point and then 20 minutes later) to grab a snack or drink, or simply take a break. There is no all-day pass at Disney Springs yet (unlike other locations).
Reservations aren’t required for the existing LEVEL99 locations, though buying tickets in advance via the LEVEL99 website is strongly encouraged. The Level99 website states that “walk-ins are welcome as capacity allows.”
Be aware that if you’d like to dine at LEVEL99 without playing any games, you can do that for free (minus the cost of your food, of course). However, if the space is at capacity, those with game play reservations will get into LEVEL99 first.
What ages is LEVEL99 for?
Technically, there is no age restriction for LEVEL99, but it is billed as an “adult playground” on the Level99 website, while Disney has expressed that the Disney Springs location is “a sprawling playground for adults and teens.”
Keep in mind that according to LEVEL99, many of the games are physically and mentally demanding, and younger children may struggle to complete them. LEVEL99 locations are recommended for ages 10 and up, with those younger needing to be accompanied by an adult. Kids ages 11 to 15 need to have an adult present in the venue and reachable by cell phone, but they don’t need to stay with them at all times.
Recommended Apparel and Water Stations
LEVEL99 recommends wearing comfortable clothing including closed-toed shoes and athletic wear, since some of the challenges can be physically demanding.
The website suggests to wear something you can “run, jump, crawl, and climb in” and mentions that baggy clothes will only slow you down.
Water stations with free water are available in both the upstairs and downstairs areas.
Level99 Accessibility
Over half of the games at LEVEL99 locations are accessible and have been built specifically to accommodate wheelchairs. There is also accessibility information at the entrance to each room that gives guidance for players with hearing, vision, or mobility impairment.
Dining at LEVEL99
Adding to the experience, LEVEL99 offers dining options from a chef-crafted menu!
The spot houses a central two-story bar encircled by glowing neon lights from which to serve its food offerings such as salads, burgers, chicken sandwiches, and bites like Warm Bavarian Pretzels, Korean BBQ Sticky Wings, and more… like LEVEL99’s award-winning, Detroit-style pizza!
An extensive list of cocktails includes the Hibiscus Old Fashioned, Espresso Martini, and Cherry Cardamom Mule along with frozen options like the Mango Habanero Margarita, and housemade pouched cocktails and mocktails.
There are also several featured craft brews, including ones local to Florida and some special to LEVEL99.
When you purchase your ticket, you will essentially book a specific block of time, but during your visit you can pause your time for up to 30 minutes (whether you do it all at once or , for instance, 10 minutes at one point and then 20 minutes later) to grab a snack or drink, or simply take a break.
If you’d like to dine at LEVEL99 without playing any games, you can do that for free (minus the cost of your food, of course). However, if the space is at capacity, those with game play reservations will get into LEVEL99 first.
Enjoy your PLAYTIME at LEVEL99!!
