Disney shares that the Sommelier Room at Citricos in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort is made “for those who enjoy an elevated food and wine experience.”
Here, Sommelier Israel Perez sources boutique wines that pair with the special creations designed by Chef Andres Mendoza.
The experience is designed for 4 to 8 guests (with 4 being the minimum). The experience can, however, accommodate up to 10 guests. (Please be aware that any bookings for over 8 guests will generally require the approval of the proprietor.)
The experience is only available on select dates and seating is limited, so be sure to make your reservation as far in advance as possible (currently 60 days, but subject to change).

Pricing may vary by group size. For a group of 4-5, the experience is around $200 per person, plus gratuity and a 6.5% tax. For groups of 6-8, gratuity of 18% is automatically added. Prices, however, are subject to change.
