Mexican platters (all served with Mexican rice and refried Beans, pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream): Soft Tacos Monterrey, Burrito Sonora, Carne Asada and Chicken Tamale, Fire Grilled Citrus Chicken, & Chicken Tamales. Hacienda Chicken Caesar Salad & Fajitas Ensalada is also offered. Children have the choice of a Bean and Cheese Burrito or a Chicken Taco, both served with rice and a fruit cup. A variety of soft drinks, iced tea, lemonade, water, milk, coffee, hot tea, hot cocoa, apple juice, orange juice, Tecate & Dos Equis Amber beer.
