Breakfast: French Toast, Grilled Cinnamon-Spiced Oatmeal Cakes served with fruit and yogurt, Breakfast Wrap (ham, scrambled eggs, avocado and cheese) served with potatoes, Tofu Bake with egg whites & vegetables, Breakfast Platter (includes, bacon, eggs, potatoes and a biscuit). Children have the choice of Kid’s French Toast or a smaller version of the adult breakfast platter.

Lunch and Dinner: Island Mahi Mahi Fish and Chips, Barbecue Chicken Sandwich, Angus 1/3 lb. Hawaiian Cheeseburger (pineapple, Havarti cheese, bacon, lettuce & tomato) , Angus 1/3 lb. Classic Cheeseburger, Green Papaya Slaw, sweet potato fries, Crispy Tofu Salad, Asian Chicken Salad, Kalua Pork Flatbread (BBQ pork, red onion, cilantro, mozzarella cheese), & a plain cheese flatbread pizza. Children have the option of grilled salmon, chicken nuggets, or a hamburger (all served with Jasmine rice & fruit).

An assortment of snacks, pasty items, & fresh fruit is also available.
