Archie's Scare Pig Pizza — Monstropolis in Disney's Hollywood Studios

Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World is preparing to open a BRAND NEW THEMED LAND featuring those lovable monsters from MONSTERS, INC. It’s almost time for humans to visit Monstropolis, as the land will open in phases starting in 2027!

Hungry humans and monsters alike will be able to grab some bites at Archie’s Scare Pig Pizza. This Quick Service restaurant will join Harryhausen’s as another dining option in Monstropolis.

Inspired by Monsters University, Disney shares that “Humans may recognize Archie, Fear Tech’s beloved six-legged mascot, but after years of being ‘borrowed’ by mischievous MU students, he’s become a fan favorite on both campuses.” This quick-service restaurant will feel like a beloved pizza spot where generations of monster college students gathered with friends after class.

Archie’s Scare Pig Pizza will serve what Disney’s culinary team has deemed “grossly fun” food: familiar flavors reimagined with monster-inspired twists. Beyond pizza, a staple from the film franchise will make its debut at this spot; Blort is one of the most popular soft drinks in all of Monstropolis, but this will be the first time any human has ever tasted it! Expect to see something like a purple frozen spin on the soda topped with a Scream Apple Foam “that’s so tasty, it’s scary.”

Archie’s Scare Pig Pizza will open in the initial opening phase of Monstropolis in 2027. We can’t wait to share more with you about Archie’s — including an official opening date — as further details are revealed!
