2027 Princess Half Marathon Weekend Dates

The 2027 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend will take place from February 25th – March 1st, 2027!

General registration for the 2027 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend will open on June 2nd, 2026 on runDisney.com. For Club runDisney Gold and Platinum members, registration will open on May 26th, 2026.

Each year, events sell out very quickly. So, if running in these races is something you’re dreaming of doing, be ready to go as soon as the registration window opens!

Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend Overview

The distances for the event include: the Disney Princess Half Marathon, the Disney Princess Enchanted 10K, and the Disney Princess 5K. Disney Princess Yoga also takes place!

Participants may also opt to take part in the Disney Fairy Tale Challenge by participating in both the Disney Princess Enchanted 10K on Saturday AND the Disney Princess Half Marathon on Sunday for a total of 19.3 miles (and you’ll receive an EXTRA medal for your efforts).

Disney Princess Half Marathon

When: February 28, 2027
Time: 5AM
Princess Theme: Princess Jasmine

“Calling all athletes, diamonds in the rough, sultans and so on. On February 28, find new horizons (and the finish line) to pursue during 13.1 miles hosted by Jasmine. Please note that utilizing a magic carpet or a genie will be considered cheating.”

Registration opening dates are as follows:

• General Registration —  June 2, 2026 at 10AM ET

Registration fees are as follows, based on date of purchase for in-person race:

• June 2, 2026 – November 30, 2026: $269.00
• Beginning December 1, 2026: $279.00

Prices include a 6.6% platform service fee.

Disney Princess 10K

Princess Theme: Snow White

“Heigh ho, heigh ho, it’s 6.2 miles you go. But only if you join Snow White for this fairy tale race on February 27. Don’t let any evil queens or apples get in your way!”

Registration opening dates are as follows: 

• Club runDisney Gold and Platinum Registration — May 26, 2026 at 10AM EST
• General Registration —  June 2, 2026 at 10AM ET

Registration fees are as follows, based on date of purchase for in-person race:

• June 2, 2026 – November 30, 2026: $175.00
• Beginning December 1, 2026: $185.00

Disney Princess 5K

“We’ve got a little something to run bayou. We think that letting the good times roll with Tiana for 3.1 miles on February 26 would be a total dream come true.”

The Disney Fairy Tale Challenge

The Disney Fairy Tale Challenge combines the Disney Princess 10K on Saturday with the Disney Princess Half Marathon on Sunday—a total of 19.3 miles through Disney World!

“When you take on the 10K and the half marathon, you’ll leave with three amazing medals…including a challenge medal featuring Ariel. So don’t flounder around.”

Complete both races within the pacing requirements and you’ll earn the Disney Fairy Tale Challenge medal in addition to your Half Marathon and 10k medals. Registration for The Disney Fairy Tale Challenge is required to receive the Disney Fairy Tale Challenge medal.

Disney Princess Sunrise Yoga

Date: March 1, 2027
Time: 5AM EST (The yoga session lasts for one hour)
Location: Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Registration fees are as follows:

• Registration opening – June 2, 2026 at 10AM ET: $127.00

Prices include a 6.6% platform service fee.

Disney Princess Sunrise Yoga Highlights:

• A one-hour yoga experience
• Yoga mat
• Bottled Water

runDisney Health & Fitness Expo

Participants must attend the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo at least one day prior to their first event to pick up their race bib, participant shirt and check out the event-specific merchandise.
